With the RTC™ App, employees can see their daily appointment schedule with any relevant customer information, planned tasks and notes from previous appointments. The RTC™App utilizes a mobile device´s own map service (e.g. Google Maps) for route planning and instructions. Employees can also see any access information related to the appointment location.

Employees can record the start and end times of an appointment. Customer NFC tags can be read to verify the duration of an appointment. Employees can submit mileage used for approval by their supervisors. Employees can record notes related to the appointment or a specific task and highlight notes as important so they can be flagged and escalated. In the case of an appointment cancellation, or a task deviation, a reason has to be recorded as to why this has occurred and this also generates an alert. Updates on the employees programme of work, including appointment information during the work day, are available via the RTC App.
